IMPORTANT DETAILS

  • During the trip students are subject to all laws and regulations set forth by Walt Disney World, TSA, The State of Florida, the City of Orlando, etc. Failure to comply with these rules and regulations may result in consequences up to and including dismissal from the property.

  • Any student who will be 18 years of age at the time of the trip is required by law to present a legal form of identification to fly.

  • No student is permitted to leave Disney property at any time during the trip. Rideshare like Uber and food couriers like GrubHub are prohibited while at the hotel. We encourage all parents to consider grocery delivery platforms like Instacart to have groceries delivered to your child’s hotel room upon arrival.

  • The deadline for all roommate decisions is November 1st. Once the list of roommates is given over to the Travel Agency it cannot be altered under any circumstances. I encourage all students to carefully consider who they will be rooming with in 5-6 months. If your child would like to go and cannot agree to a roommate they will be placed in a room.

  • For your convenience, we will be offering a virtual Google Meet opportunity approximately one month prior to the trip. We will discuss the trip itinerary and answer any questions you may have during this time. The meeting date is to be determined, as more details are released by World Class Vacations.

Please direct any questions about the Senior Trip to the Senior Class Moderator, Mr. John Schaal at jschaal@hcprep.org.
