All students must purchase tickets and complete the Online Permission Form for parent/guardian consent.
If you wish to bring an guest from another school, please visit Mrs. Penza's office to receive a visitor's form by May 20, 2024.

When attending prom, all Holy Cross disciplinary policies regarding appropriate dress code, substance abuse, and smoking will be in full effect. Failure to comply will result in parent/guardian contact, immediate departure, and future action upon returning to campus. As a Holy Cross student, behavior expectations reflect the school’s mission and teachings. Ticket purchase includes the cost of venue, food, music, lighting, and photography opportunities.
If accompanied by a guest, who is not currently a student at HCPA, I agree to be held responsible for their well being and notable actions. I agree to behave appropriately and follow all school policies while attending this formal event.
