New President Named for Holy Cross Preparatory Academy

Delran, New Jersey – The Holy Cross Preparatory Academy Board of Trustees is pleased to announce the appointment of Rob DeMasi as the new president of Holy Cross Preparatory Academy, effective July 1, 2024.


Rob DeMasi will join the HCPA community from Saint Mark’s High School, located in Wilmington, Delaware, where he has served since 2019 as the Vice President of Enrollment Management. During Rob’s tenure, enrollment increased 65% over four years. As a result of this exponential growth Saint Mark’s has become the fastest growing Catholic High School in Delaware.


Rob holds a Master of Science in Management with Concentration in Nonprofit Management Business, Wilmington, Delaware, a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science, Wilmington Delaware and is currently pursuing his Doctorate Degree in Social Science in Prevention Science, Wilmington, Delaware. 


Rob is a dynamic and mission driven leader with a deep understanding of Nonprofit management and strong business and leadership acumen. His work in the Nonprofit arena extends beyond education as he founded a successful Nonprofit organization, The Muscle Movement Foundation located in Hockesssin, DE. As founder, Rob cultivated and grew relationships with philanthropists and donors, created marketing campaigns, financial management oversight and governance.


After an extensive national search for the next President of HCPA Rob’s experience as a strategic educational and Nonprofit leader was a clear stand out for the Search Committee.

"I am eager to unite with the students, parents, alumni, faculty, staff, administration, and board of trustees of HCPA to further the mission of our beloved school. Together, we will create an environment that promotes sound, Catholic teaching, fosters strong relationships, and creates opportunities for empowerment that will transform our youth into Christ-centered, servant leaders.. I look forward to “honoring our traditions and pursuing our future” as a member of the Lancer family!"


The Presidential Search Committee was impressed with DeMasi ‘s vision highlighting the balance between a faith-based mindset and a strong educational and Nonprofit experience.
