Holy Cross Preparatory Academy (HCPA), an independent preparatory high school in Delran, NJ has
an opening for an Assistant Director of Admissions.

 

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

• Reporting directly to Director of Admissions

• 12 month position, in accordance with the HCPA school calendar

• Salary based on experience

• Ability to work flexible schedule with potential night and weekend events

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum experience as determined by the President

• Demonstrated leadership capability in the areas below

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Required criminal history background check

 

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Assistant Director of Admissions has two overarching responsibilities:

• To guide prospective students and families from specific target market from inquiry through enrollment by:

  • ​Guiding students and families through the admission process

  • ​Conducting candidate/family interviews

  • ​Engaging in effective community outreach to expand the school’s reputation

  • ​Developing and maintaining close working relationships with key middle school constituents as well as pastors and directors of Religious Education

  • ​Organizing visitations to partner schools

  • Organizing the registration process for new students

• To oversee the execution of the school’s marketing, communications, and public​ relations strategy by:

  • Executing the marketing budget strategy with direction from the Director of Admissions and President

  • Producing, editing, and/or posting all outward communications

  • ​Overseeing content development on all school social media platforms

  • Ensuring brand cohesion in all communications
