​Position Summary:

Holy Cross Preparatory Academy is looking for a college student passionate about Marketing, Advertising, and Graphic Design to serve as a Social Media Intern. This is an unpaid, remote internship, but there may be occasional in-office days as needed.

 

This internship will provide a college student with the opportunity to experience working for a rebranding experience in their field of Marketing, Communications, Advertising, and/or Business. This internship will be monitored by the Admissions and Enrollment Office and will sign off for college credit through your college or university. The summer internship will run 8-weeks June and July. We will work with your college schedule.

Social Media Intern Job Responsibilities:

• Manages HC Prep’s social media accounts and posts content

• Brainstorms campaign ideas to increase prospective student applications and engage with Lancer Nation and surrounding community

• Monitors various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter

• Creates ‘Call to Action’ content for the Enrollment funnel

• Analyzes analytics to gauge the success of campaigns

• Understands the overall concept of the HC Prep, including the brand, Lancer Nation, and Admissions & Enrollment goals

• Provides suggestions to management for improving prospective student experience on social platforms and internal branding processes

• Learns and becomes proficient on design software, Canva, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and internal software systems

• In 3rd or 4th year of college program or beyond
