OPEN POSITION:
Director of Enrollment Management and Marketing

Reporting Relationships:

  • Schedule: Full-Time (12 month)

  • Reports to: Vice President of Enrollment Management

  • Salary: $55,000 - $65,000, commensurate with experience

Summary:
The Director of Enrollment Management and Marketing is a vital member of the admission staff. This leadership role is responsible for the oversight of the admissions, financial aid, and enrollment marketing functions ensuring it aligns with the mission and strategic plan as set for by the Senior Leadership at Holy Cross Preparatory Academy. The Director will assist the Vice President of Enrollment Management with the analysis of enrollment trends and develop strategies to ensure recruitment and retention targets are met. The Director will monitor admission timelines to ensure a positive, student-centered admissions experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all admissions processes from inquiry through matriculation.

  • Finalize the application checklist, including fees, application materials, and recommendation letters.

  • Create and send acceptance letters, packets and care packages (when applicable).

  • Transition enrolled students to work with the School Counseling Office and Academic Team for onboarding and scheduling.

  • Acquire and manage all prospective student data.

  • Categorize and label all prospective student paper files.

  • Oversee the process of mapping students via FACTS Management to transition students from admissions to the academic team.

  • Oversee the management of scholarships and financial aid with the support of the Vice President of Enrollment Management, the Business Office, and the Advancement Office.

  • Oversee changes to student tuition accounts with the support of the Business Manager.

  • Oversee the FACTS Management SIS and Finance Software, which includes applications, enrollment agreements, grant/aid and scholarship contracts, tuition contracts, and demographic information.

  • Lead all recruiting and onboarding events and programs as assigned.

  • Manage the admissions@hcprep.org email account.

  • Send all communications to families through various official marketing/communication channels.

  • Manage automated communication templates for the various admissions/enrollment stages, including a weekly admissions newsletter.

  • Manage social media platforms and produce engaging content daily that is directed to prospective and current students.

  • Manage the Student Social Media Specialists Club to ensure student-involvement with content creation.

  • Communicate with faculty and staff regarding admissions events and updates.

  • Ensure all school faculty, staff, and Lancer Ambassadors are provided weekly updates on prospective visitors.

  • Greets the prospective visitors at the start of the day and debriefs with them at the end of the day.

  • Coordinates the volunteers and their assignments for all events to ensure a positive overall experience.

  • Create and share press releases for all events with local press, partner schools and parishes.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy aligned with the school’s mission, vision, values and enrollment goals.

  • Conduct market research to understand any changes in the trends in education, competitor positioning, and family needs that may impact enrollment goals.

  • Develop marketing campaigns that drive prospective student inquires and applications.

  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts and their direct impact on enrollment metrics.

  • Promote school-wide events such as fundraisers, annual appeals, performances, academic highlights and athletics.

  • Design collateral material (posters, programs, invitations) and coordinate events to ensure sufficient volunteer staffing and cohesive messaging.
